There’s a lot more in the pipeline and our work is never done. Our vision sets the bar high, but we also owe that to our tenants, our users and the other stakeholders. CBRE Dutch Office Fund really wants to be a frontrunner and leader in several areas, such as sustainability, smart buildings and connecting with municipalities in development plans.
