CBRE Dutch Office Fund Wins Performance Award From IPD For Third Consecutive Year
The CBRE Dutch Office Fund (DOF) has been named "the best performing specialist fund in the Netherlands" by IPD European Property Investment Awards. This is the third year in a row that the Dutch Office Fund has won this award.
The DOF achieved the highest specialist total return relative to the IPD sector benchmark annualised over three years to December 2016. The fund had a three year total return of 13.6 %, giving a relative outperformance of 7.7 % compared to the sector benchmark.

The CBRE Dutch Office Fund is invested in 13 properties with a total value of EUR 1.5bn as of Q1 2017. It is the prime institutional non-listed office investment vehicle in the Netherlands and is one of the leading investors in vibrant multi-tenant office buildings in dynamic locations. This includes the four big cities including WTC Amsterdam, WTC Schiphol, WTC Utrecht and Delftse Poort Rotterdam.
